Inaugural event


The inaugural event of the Music of the Golden Age Festival, on Saturday 8 December 2012 (7.30 for 8pm), will be hosted by Lord Northbrook and Charlotte Pike, at their home just outside Winchester, for the benefit of St John Ambulance and of their village church. The programme will include Bach, Purcell, Rameau and Monteverdi. It will be performed by the Music of the Golden Age Camerata, which draws together in the heartland of England, from international careers, some of the country’s finest young baroque musicians.
